Briefing: Above ground cemeteries in like how New Orleans has theirs but with over grown fiber optic roses with the long stems with the thorns due to nano tech the roses are alive.  and make it very 80s scifi with neon. Of course it will be a very brightly lit moonlight sky with a full moon above with a very slight over cast of clouds.  i think that would be amazing to the overall retro neon cyberpunk feel.
